Purchase Agreement
This is the agreement you will sign when you receive your puppy.
Veterinarian Information
At the time of purchase you will receive a form similar to this, but specific to your puppy. Please provide your chosen veterinarian with this form to help them provide your puppy with the best care from the very beginning.
This is the agreement made by the buyer in regards to expectations they will meet to ensure the future health of their puppy. This form will be signed by both the buyer and us at the time of purchase.
Health Guarantee
*If you are unable to attend our companion connection day then we will set up a zoom meeting for you to select your puppy so that you do not lose your decision spot.
**We offer full or partial delivery in NY and neighboring states more an additional fee.
2 Year Health Guarantee
This is the guarantee we provide all purchasers because we stand behind the responsible breeding and health of our dogs. This form will be signed by both the buyer and us at the time of purchase and will include all information specific to your puppy and purchase.
This form provides you with general information. The buyer will sign this form at the time of purchase acknowledging their understanding of the information therein.
Puppies & Parasites
If you are interested in becoming a guardian for one of our breeding dogs complete this form for review. We will contact you within 1 week of receiving your submission.
